These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, distribution, supply, and use of products manufactured, marketed, or distributed by ORENNPURE®️ Food & Beverages By Akshay Reddy Group & Co.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, distributing, or accessing any ORENNPURE®️ product or service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products

ORENNPURE®️ may offer:

• Packaged Drinking Water
• Natural Mineral Water
• Soft Drinks
• Energy Drinks
• Flavored Beverages
• Dairy-Based Beverages
• Snacks
• Biscuits
• Chocolates
• Ice Creams
• Other Food & Beverage Products

Product availability may vary by region and market.

3. Quality & Safety Commitment

ORENNPURE®️ products are manufactured under strict quality control procedures and food safety practices. We strive to comply with applicable requirements of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), hygiene standards, testing requirements, labeling requirements, and food safety regulations.

4. Product Information

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy:

• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• Packaging designs may change without prior notice.
• Nutritional values may vary within permissible limits.
• Product specifications may be updated from time to time.

5. Shelf Life & Storage

Consumers must:

• Store products in a cool and dry place.
• Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Check manufacturing and expiry dates before consumption.
• Avoid consuming damaged, leaking, or tampered products.

ORENNPURE®️ shall not be responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.

6. Packaged Drinking Water Disclaimer

For bottled water products:

• Consume before the "Best Before" date.
• Do not use if the seal is broken.
• Water quality may be affected by improper storage conditions.
• Product should be stored away from chemicals, excessive heat, and contaminants.

7. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged as per law.
• Dealers, distributors, and retailers must follow agreed commercial terms.
• ORENNPURE®️ reserves the right to modify pricing structures.

8. Orders & Deliveries

• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Delays caused by transportation, weather, strikes, or force majeure events shall not result in liability.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Replacement Policy

Replacement may be considered only if:

• Product is damaged at delivery.
• Manufacturing defect is proven.
• Wrong product was supplied.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and batch details. Products already consumed or partially used are generally not eligible for replacement unless required by law.

10. Distributor & Dealer Responsibilities

Authorized distributors and dealers shall:

• Maintain hygienic storage conditions.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) inventory practices.
• Sell products within expiry periods.
• Avoid tampering, relabeling, or repackaging.
• Comply with local food safety regulations.

Unauthorized resale under the ORENNPURE®️ brand is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

The following are proprietary assets of ORENNPURE®️:

• ORENNPURE®️ name
• Logos
• Product designs
• Packaging artwork
• Marketing materials
• Website content

No reproduction or use is permitted without written authorization.

12. Marketing & Advertising

Distributors, retailers, and third parties must not:

• Make false health claims.
• Misrepresent product benefits.
• Use misleading advertisements.
• Use ORENNPURE®️ trademarks without approval.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORENNPURE®️ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential losses
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Improper handling after delivery
• Misuse of products

Liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the affected product.

14. Product Recall

ORENNPURE®️ reserves the right to withdraw products from the market, conduct recalls when necessary, replace affected batches, and cooperate with regulatory authorities.

15. Environmental Responsibility

ORENNPURE®️ encourages responsible disposal of packaging, recycling of PET bottles, sustainable business practices, and water conservation initiatives.

16. Privacy

Customer information collected through websites, applications, distributors, or customer service channels shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

17. Force Majeure

ORENNPURE®️ shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or labor disputes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
